Bio

Christopher Baker: Christopher Baker is a photographer who has lived and worked in Paris, London, Amsterdam and New York City. His classical training in botany and his love of cinematic lighting techniques informs his work, searching out a deep sense of pure, calm beauty. He has photographed 17 books including The Natural Cuisine of Georges Blanc, The Glory of Roses, Paris in Bloom and Tulipa, A Photographer’s Botanical (a book the New York Times Book Review called “one of the most lavish photographic visions of the plant world ever published”). His photographs of Food, Flowers, Gardens and People have been featured in American Vogue, The World of Interiors, House & Garden, Town & Country, MSL, Real Simple, British Traveller,Travel & Leisure and InStyle to name just a few. He has also collaborated on cosmetic campaigns for Jo Malone, Clinique Happy, Tommy Hilfiger, Bath & Body Works, Aveda and others.
